Dundee Powder Bath Update
I began this project by finishing out the wall repairs the client had gotten a head start on.
After priming, the walls and built in were lime washed and sealed. Next, I replaced and grouted the broken/missing original floor tiles with matching restoration tile. Finally, I installed and painted new base and shoe molding. *click photos to enlarge*

Emile St Bedroom Facelift
This project had extensive damage to the plaster and trim due to water damage from a window AC unit, as well as cracks in the walls and ceiling throughout the room. I removed all the peeling trim paint, repaired all the damaged plaster in the room including closets, skim coated all the walls for uniform smooth texture, then primed and painted the ceiling walls and trim. *click photos to enlarge*

Entry Closet Update
This entry is part of an ongoing home update in a ‘70’s build.
A previous vinyl floor tile install was removed to expose the original marble entry floor. Detail trim and a bench were installed and painted, then finished with a velvet cushion, hooks and a new stained shelf. *click photos to enlarge*

Plum St. Whitewash & Kitchen Paint
We sanded down the cypress paneled wall and trim in the sunroom and kitchen, then lightened it up by applying a whitewash stain. The kitchen cabinets were updated to a pale green, while the ceiling, walls and trim were painted a soft white. The same white was carried into the sunroom on the walls and trim, with a sky blue added to the ceiling to compliment the whitewashed wall.

Gov Nicholls St Carriage House
There was a "weeping" plaster wall in the tiny main floor bath.
After repairing and painting the wall in the bath, we moved upstairs for a full repaint. The light blue walls and ceiling were brightened to a soft white and the trim was updated to a light "greige". *click photos to enlarge*

Gov NIcholls St Condo Wall Repair
The exterior window wall and the adjoining wall to the foyer had weeping plaster walls due to ongoing water intrusion. After scraping away all the damaged wall, it was easy to determine the source of the water intrusion: the window sill. We caulked the window sill, repaired and painted the walls and trim.

Gov Nicholls St Stairwell/Foyer Wall Repair
This was a major plaster wall repair on a historical French Quarter property.
Years of water intrusion had damaged the plaster walls in multiple areas of the stairwell and foyer on 2 levels. Water intrusion was easily pinpointed to half repaired window on the second level and a partially walled window, also on the second level. Once the exterior was properly repaired, we were able to complete the plaster repairs on the interior. All areas were then primed and painted. *click photos to enlarge*

Montegut Update
We did a complete color change in and out on this project!
The homeowners were married at the Pitot House in New Orleans and that was their color inspiration for the interior. Along with some minor repairs, the interior was a full repaint: ceilings, walls and trim.
Just three colors were used throughout the interior. Before pics on bottom row.
The exterior had a few more issues...
The weatherboards on the entire exterior had been caulked horizontally, which had trapped moisture and invited termite damage in some areas. As we removed the caulk & scraped loose paint for days, we replaced weatherboards, a sill in one window and the entire length of crown molding on the façade.
The entire exterior was primed and painted with premium Benjamin Moore paint in the new color scheme.

Chippewa Double Renovation
We came in after the sheetrockers to prime, paint and install base trim on this double reno.
We ended up also floating the walls to the brick chimneys and doing all the wall repairs after all the other trades.
First set of pics is owner side, second is rental side. *click photos to enlarge*

Country to Cozy Kitchen in Lincoln
During wall paper removal in the eating nook, I found that the ink from the original wallpaper had bled onto the sheetrock & when the previous owners had changed the paper, they left some notes on the wall! I did some minor floating on the walls prior to priming and painting the walls and trim. *click photos to enlarge*

Zimple St Project
I chose a wall color for all the rooms that would tone down the trim color, as a color change wasn't in the budget. We also assembled all furniture and set up all the rooms with the tenants choice of decor. Bottom row is before pics.
